Getting to capture Laura and Will’s Nashville lifestyle newborn session made everything come full circle. I actually first met Laura and Will for their maternity session which you can check out here. It was such a dreamy outdoor session! Meeting baby Lucy this past September was such a pleasure.
Laura and Will are first time parents (outside of being fur parents to their two sweet pups – Mae and Kenai) and you can tell that Will is already going to be the best girl dad. Lucy did arrive in September which was her her expected debut month and she is just full of the best gummy grins.
I loved how Lucy’s parents decorated her nursery. The pink accent wall for Lucy’s stars and moon nursery was a nod to Will’s love for aviation and time spent working at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL. You can even spy a rocketship put together by Will in her nursery.
Laura and Will choose my maternity and newborn collection. Popular for clients (and secretly my favorite, too!)I’ve been able to follow them on their first-time parenting journey and it’s such a privilege. It’s genuinely one of the highlights of my job watching families welcome littles into their family.
