This family photo session is one of the most genuine sessions I’ve captured to date.
Lindsay is a mama to three young girls. With this specific session, she wanted a casual way to capture motherhood. This is her last baby girl, so she wanted to capture and celebrate motherhood while saying her final farewell to nursing.
Motherhood is a roller-coaster ride filled with many high’s and many low’s, especially during the early years of your little one’s life. There is so much a newborn relies on you for as their mama. It can often feel daunting that you are responsible for such a fragile human being. But, goodness, what a beautiful gift from God… the gift of motherhood.
Despite the lack of sleep and giving of everything for a season of life, it’s all worth it. Every single bit of the motherhood journey. Whether you’re a brand new mama, an expecting mama, or a mama of three like Lindsey, I challenge you to embrace the full messiness and full goodness of motherhood. Sticky fingers, the belly laughs, even the squabbles and sink loads of dishes – soak it all in because it all goes by way too fast. Way. Too. Fast.
