Nashville Outdoor Newborn Session | The Houks
This Nashville outdoor newborn session had one of the best golden hours. And, of course, I loved getting to photograph not just one but three precious kiddos. As a mom to 5 littles, I always love the energy small children bring to a session. I think their joy and freedom is something we could lean into more.
Mom, Courtney, did a film mentorship with me last year right after she found out she was expecting Baby Sadie. We became fast friends after that and I was beyond honored to get to take their newborn photos for her family.
The boys may outnumber Sadie, but Sadie’s brothers LOVE her and I’m pretty sure she knows it, too. There is something so tender and extra special about sibling love at this age. And, as a parent, as quickly as the little quarrels come up between siblings, they go just as quickly and you’re always shown the immense love they have for each other once more. And, let me tell you from a parent standpoint, when you watch your children grow, learn, and play together it just melts your heart into a complete puddle.
