Lifestyle Motherhood Session | The Fount Collective

Family Photography

It’s time for another Fount Collective recap! I had the privilege of attending a motherhood photography workshop in Serene, GA this winter. It came at just the right time in my season of life and business. I was newly pregnant with our fourth baby and very very aware of how fleeting these days are.

Made For Motherhood

As a mom, you give every minute of every day to serving and caring for these little people but motherhood rarely comes with accolades.

Molly traveled with her entire family to this conference to be able to share her gift as a hair and makeup artist with us. She nursed and nurtured her baby. She gave her toddler snacks and played with her while we all photographed them doing seemingly regular things. She cared for her sick husband and in the middle of all of it, she shined.

Through these photographs I hope you see it as clearly as I do that this is what she was made to do, and how marvelously she does it.

Molly isn’t alone in her calling to be a mother, an artist, a wife, and friend. If that is your calling, too, then take heart. These days full of laundry mountains, spit up rags, muddy knees, and mis matched socks won’t last forever. But that love deep within your soul for the tiny life you are molding will.
