The McKitricks’ are back and this time as a party of five!! You may recall their outdoor family maternity session and now you get to see a glimpse of their in-home newborn session officially welcoming Baby Alec to their family
Kat was radiating beauty. She wore a denim-colored dress from my client wardrobe that paired perfectly with her families attire. And I love that they had their daughter wear a spring floral dress to add in a pop of color to their pictures.
They booked my maternity and newborn collection which is my most popular package among families. I’m so grateful too because I love getting to meet all the sweet babes that I get to hear about during maternity sessions.
The McKitricks’ opted to have their newborn in-home which is great for so many reasons. Your home is a safe and comforting space for your family. Especially with other littles. It’s nice because they generally are more relaxed within their own home for family sessions.
Alec was such an easy baby to photograph. His little chunky cheeks and lips just stole my heart. He was so alert and loved when big brother and big sister would give him attention. He’s definitely got two built-in best friends.
Oh, and can just give an honorable mention to the softest blue plush elephant? It is a family tradition for each new baby to get a stuffed animal at birth and I can’t wait to see him love this one for years to come!
