Spring Mom + Me Session in Murfreesboro, TN
I love mom and me sessions. No, I really do. Because this time of your life deserves to be documented. So often, as moms, we’re the ones behind the camera (or the phone) clicking the shutter. We’re busy putting our hearts and our lives into our babies… but that doesn’t mean our part of the story is any less important or less memorable. So, like I said, I really love mommy and me sessions because they allow for just that: memories with YOU in them to be captured.
When Bria reached out to me about a springtime mom and me session for her and her daughter, Merci, I was so excited! Merci had just started walking when we had our session and I knew that we could be able to capture some really special moments between these two lovely ladies. Merci was excited to try and explore our little spot in Murfreesboro, TN. And Bria was right there to help hold her up, snuggle, and love on her little girl.
Bria looked absolutely stunning in one of the gowns from my client wardrobe. It was the perfect flowing gown for the spot we chose. And how cute is Merci?! She is still in that sweet baby stage where she’s filling out and finding her legs. During mom and me sessions, I try to let moments unfold naturally (as I do in all of my sessions). So for these two that looked like playing in the fields and some time on the blanket we brought along. There’s always so many sweet, natural memories made when we have time to slow down and be present in the moment.
