Indoor Maternity Session in Nashville, TN

 

Today I’m sharing part two of Kelli’s Maternity Session. (You can read part one here.)

On a recent girls trip I took some photos of my sweet friend Kelli. We had visited Downtown Franklin, TN the night before so before parting ways we took a few indoor maternity photos in our swanky Nashville Air BnB. 

I have found a few wonderful friends from across the country in what I like to call “photography land”. Photography land is essentially just the world that was opened to me when I joined the creative industry and started GPP in 2018.

Not only did I make the biggest leap of my life, well I don’t know, marrying my high school sweetheart at 18 was a big leap, too. So maybe we will say starting a photography business with no formal education, as a young mom and newly transplanted military spouse, was my second biggest leap.

But that year God brought some amazing friends into my life and we are still friends today. At the end of 2020 after a tough year for the creative industry..okay after a tough year for everyone, we decided it was high time for a getaway.

Among those gathering were Millie, of Honeysuckle and Wine, Anna, of Anna Kay Photography, Kelli, of Kelli Lynn Photography, and yours truly.

Millie reserved our super cute Air Bnb around the Vandy campus. And on our last day in town the morning light coming in the life size windows made for a sweet spot for Kelli’s maternity photos.
