Capturing The Zjevnieks’ lifestyle newborn session in their new home was such an honor. They literally moved in to their home right before their daughter was born. Their home is absolutely beautiful and I know they are going to make many joyous memories as their little girl grows.
Mama, Kirsten, knew her daughter would grow way too fast so she wanted to make sure they captured their family of three with a lifestyle newborn session. During the session, Kristen and her husband were so relaxed which made for the best session. Seriously, there’s no need to stress over if baby isn’t cooperating or if baby spits up or is restless.
Making sure your babe is comfort is my #1 so if we need to take breaks during your sessions, that’s absolutely okay. During their session we stopped a couple of times so Kristen could feed her daughter and it made for some super sweet moments. Babies are unpredictable and when it comes to preparing for your newborn session, it’s important to give yourself grace. As a mom of 5, I’m a go-with-the-flow photographer because that’s when you capture the most genuine moments.
