Gluten Free Dry Pancake Mix
Make this bulk dry mix ahead of time for smoother mornings!
- 6 cups Gluten-Free 1:1 Flour (I use King Arthur)
- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 8 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients and store in a large jar in the fridge.
To make pancakes- combine 2 cups of mix, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 1/2 cup of milk.
