Gluten Free Dry Pancake Mix

Make this bulk dry mix ahead of time for smoother mornings!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Gluten-Free 1:1 Flour (I use King Arthur)
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 8 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and store in a large jar in the fridge.
  • To make pancakes- combine 2 cups of mix, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 1/2 cup of milk.
